Prior to co-founding Custom Courier
Solutions, Dan enjoyed a ten-year tenure at CD&L, Inc., which was a $250M national provider of
courier services. At CD&L Dan held a variety of operational and administrative roles. He began as
the finance manager for the Upstate New York area, which quickly led to managing all activities for
the area. Shortly thereafter, Dan became the VP GM for the Northeast Region, which grew to be the
largest and most profitable region for CD&L. His last position at CD&L was VP of Systems and
Standards with responsibility for creating, defining and implementing processes and procedures
throughout the organization.
Prior to co-founding Custom Courier
Solutions, Chris was the Manager of Business Development at CD&L and led the Company's sales
strategies in the Northeast. Prior to CD&L Chris was the Regional Vice President - East Sales
Operations at AirNet, a $150M freight carrier.
Chris has been in various National Sales and Senior Operations roles in the supply chain
transportation industry since 1982. Chris is the Immediate Past President of the CLDA - Customized
Logistics and Delivery Association, formerly the MCAA, holding a board seat for seven consecutive
years. The CLDA is the nation’s largest industry trade association. Chris has a BS degree in
Business from SUNY Brockport. Chris resides in Saratoga Springs, New York.
Prior to joining Custom Courier Solutions, Kate
started her career in 2001 with Eagle Global Logistics (now CEVA Logistics) over time managed the
upstate NY market offering both international and domestic services. Following CEVA Logistics, Kate
managed the Rochester and Syracuse footprint for Velocity Express. Kate has a bachelor’s degree in
International Business from SUNY Brockport and an MBA from Long Island University.
